Concept development and implementation of ”graubündenVIVA: a taste of the mountains”
In future, food can be employed as an innovation driver for the location and tourism marketing of the Canton of Graubünden, because it moderates and cultivates the interplay of people, products, craft, and tradition. A detailed concept was needed to localise potentials and innovative implementation options in the food sector (and indirectly, too, in tangibilising the natural and cultural space) in the Canton of Graubünden.
Scope
Developing the idea; overall responsibility for the detailed concept, pre-project planning and implementation of the idea. Moderating and coordinating the process. Winning over stakeholders to work together with the core team. Creating a feasibility study for the attention of the decision-makers.
